- date of first release
- title (name of the project)
- type of project (e.g. CD-ROM, Enhanced CD-ROM, presentation, etc.)
- client (self-promotion or company's name)
- producer (<your name>, optional additional link/address)
- description/specialities (e.g. game, portfolio, using QTVR, etc.)
