or even better : these two print() methods don't actually print, but send stuff to a buffer, which can then be send to the printer with an oPrinter.Print() method

Title:

77. Check All Media Function

Date:

29 September 1996
Type Of Suggestion: Apple Media Tool
Why: Included in AMT 2.1

Description:

In AMT version 2.0, currently, when a user uses the Check All media function it stops checking as soon as it can't find something and hence doesn not save any of the links to found media. If a media item cannot be found it should be skipped and the whole checking process should continue.

Title:

58. Provide a string equivalent operator

Add an operator to AMTPE that returns true if two string objects contain equivalent strings. It is stupid to have to subtract one string from another to see if they are the same! You should be able to write: if (oStringA $= oStringB) then or something similar and get true!

The Xobject command for this is; mSetWarpMode and mGetWarpMode.

These are necessary to implement nice things such as nice scrollable maps with integrated hotspots...
