April 25, 1999: Patrick Soquet and Gilbert Amar were on the Belgium Radio and TV talking about iShell and QuickTime 4.0.

April 24, 1999: MacCentral has a small article about iShell, .

April 21, 1999: Tribeworks has delivered version 1.1.1 of iShell to Free Users. This version has a lot of new features, especialy in the authoring tool. Tribeworks Personaly I see this as the first real Golden Master version. The new features they added helps a lot in producing faster an iShell title.

April 21, 1999: Tribeworks has updated their website, their is an online store where you can buy Plugins, make sure that you visit their website and check out the plugins, some are really Cool!! Tribeworks

April 19, 1999: Apple has shipped QuickTime 4.0, thanks to this new version you can use Flash movies inside your iShell Titles. http://www.apple.com/quicktime/

April 14, 1999: We have updated our plugin list with plugins from Pixel Factory.

April 13, 1999: New version of iPackager (1.0.1) It corrects a problem with Add Folder... command in the authoring tool.

April 6, 1999: Tribeworks and SKY4 STUDIOS announce a special promotion deal for the month of April for Paid Full Members of iShell. They can buy iPackager for only $200!!!

April 1, 1999: Jim Nixon starts The Multimedia Is Hell Network (MIHN) this is a fee-based support network for users of the free version of iShell. The Network's purpose is to provide the resources necessary to help its subscribers become efficient and effective users of iShell Editor. Because support will come from both the Network Moderator and from peer-to-peer interactivity, this service will only be available to those who are either working multimedia/web professionals or serious students of multimedia.
